Your Trusted Tree and Land Experts in Athens, GA, & Beyond
Welcome to To Do Land Management LLC, your go-to provider for professional tree and land services in Athens, GA, and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to help property owners maintain safe, clean, and beautiful landscapes, whether that means taking down a hazardous tree, clearing an overgrown lot, or planting something new.
Our Story
To Do Land Management LLC was founded in November 2020 by Devonte Upshaw, who had already spent years working with trees and land before starting his own company. Today he brings 17 years in the field to every job. He built the business around a simple goal: to provide reliable, honest tree and land services tailored to the needs of his community.
Based in Bogart, we serve homeowners, property managers, and builders throughout Athens and Clarke, Oconee, Jackson, and Madison counties. We know the area's trees, its red clay, and its summer storms, and we bring that local knowledge to every property we work on.
Meet the Owner
To Do Land Management is owner-operated, so when you call, you talk directly with Devonte. He's the one who walks your property, answers your questions, gives you a free estimate, and makes sure the job is done right. Devonte is also continuing to grow his expertise and is working toward his ISA Arborist Certification.
